Earnings vary by chain, property tier, and the rate code you authorize. Most partners earn a meaningful flat fee per authorized stay. We share the current per-stay payout schedule during onboarding so you have full visibility before issuing any authorization.
We only work within the published F&F program rules of each chain. You authorize stays the same way you would for a personal friend — through the official internal portal, with the official rate codes. We never ask for compromised credentials, off-program rates, or anything that would violate your employer's terms.
That said, employee benefit programs do prohibit reselling authorizations in some chains. You are responsible for confirming your own employer's specific policies before joining. We can walk you through the considerations during onboarding.
Yes. Your identity is never shared with members. The reservation appears in the member's name from the hotel directly; no Hotel Insider partner identity is exposed at the property level. We disclose only what your employer's program requires (e.g., your associate ID inside the chain's portal, which is standard for any F&F authorization).
Payments are issued per stay, after the guest has checked in successfully. We support multiple payout methods — bank transfer, PayPal, and crypto in select jurisdictions. Method and frequency are confirmed during onboarding.
