Fixed-price rate plan with 7+ pricing categories — every Hilton brand falls into one. A $1,200 Waldorf room can book at $95; a Hampton at $35. Reserved for team members and their designated partner, with full Honors earning.
A team member adds you as Family & Friends through the Hilton Lobby portal. You then book independently under your own Honors number — the discount applies automatically. Significantly easier to find than the Team Member rate.
The Hilton Team Member rate isn't a percentage off — it's a flat nightly price determined by which of seven categories the property sits in. The category schedule resets annually; the rates below are 2026.
Every Hilton property is classified into one of seven categories based on its brand positioning and average daily rate. Each category has a single fixed nightly price — paid by the team member regardless of seasonality, day of week, or occupancy.
A Hampton Inn in any city books at the same Team Member rate as a Hampton in Manhattan. A Waldorf Astoria in any market books at the same Category 7 rate.
Both Team Member and F&F rates are "eligible rates" — base points, bonus points, and elite night credit all post normally.
Long-service team members keep Team Member rate access for life. F&F access begins at 10+ years of service.

Yes — and this is the strongest part of Go Hilton F&F vs. other chains. The rate is "eligible" under Hilton Honors: base points, bonus points, night credits toward elite status, and your existing elite benefits (lounge access, breakfast, upgrades) all apply normally.
Each team member's authorization carries an annual cap — 70 F&F nights per year, 110 nights combined with the Team Member rate. In practice we manage this across our network so individual member access isn't constrained.
Exactly like any other Hilton stay. Your reservation is under your own Honors account, with the F&F rate already applied. Show ID at the front desk, get your keys. Front desk staff don't ask about how you obtained the rate.
The cancellation policy follows the rate plan's terms — most F&F bookings allow free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before check-in. We share the exact terms with you before you pay.
